Here is your free tip for the day freshen hair...without shampoo!!!!!!!

Cleaning up after a walk or a workout in the gym doesn't mean you have to wash, blow dry and curl your hair again. In fact going through the process twice is not only unnecessary, it is not good for your hair either.
To make mussed hair look fabulous quickly, try this:

Add a little baby powder or loose facial powder on your hair's roots to help absorb oil, sweat and create bounce!!

Brunettes.... Apply the powder modestly and work through well; otherwise, you'll look salt and peppered!!!

Gel away the frizz...

In palm of hand, mix an alcohol free or shine enhancing cream. In my experience, mixing gel and cream works best to remove frizz. Smooth over hair after it's been spritzed with water. Brush your hair straight or roll curls around your fingers, then air dries!!

NATURAL BRISTLE MAKEUP BRUSHES

Shed or not to shed?

You definitely shouldn't get a face full of fur along with your blush. "A good brush may lose a bristle or two, but anymore than that and it's defective…so return it"
Don't give up on natural brushes yet, though they may cost more than their synthetic sisters, they allow pigments to glide on more smoothly and evenly. Natural bristle brushes are best used with dry products like blush, powder and eye shadow.

Shop smart to avoid a repeat problem.
  1) Rub the brush along the back of your hand to test for shedding and to make sure the bristles feel smooth and silky.
  2) Wash brushes once a month or more if you have oily skin.
