ARE YOUR EYES SENSITIVE???

Make-up and blowing fans make your eyes water?
Really sucks especially when you're preparing for a photo shoot or in the middle of one.
Don't squint, not only is it crinkling up your forehead and causing premature wrinkles but it adds stress to your eyes. Relax. Focus on darker colors, like the cameraman's clothing or on a prop. Make sure you open and close then on a regular basis!
For bloodshot eyes I love to use Murine plus, they are soothing and add moisture. The great news is that as you continue to model, time and experience will make it easier for your eyes to adjust to lights and fans.
For everyday tired and dry eyes use wet tea bags, cucumbers or cold eye presses and place on eyes for about 10 minutes and relax.

Until next week,
Live, Love and Laugh,

Kerryann
