WATER, WATER, WATER!!!!!!

Did you know that 90% of Canadian's do not drink enough water!!! 

It affects your skin, eyes, hair and productivity of your workouts and health...

You are to drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day at the very minimum, way more if you are working out or doing cardio.

It makes it easier for taste if you use honey, lemon or lime with the water and tea, juices, coffee DON"T COUNT!!!!
